This Privacy Policy explains how Vibrelio LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use Vibrelio, including the Vibrelio mobile app, website, and related services.
Eligibility
Vibrelio is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts or use the service.
Information we collect
- Account and contact information, such as email address, phone number, verification status, and authentication records.
- Profile information, such as username, display name, note or bio, birthdate, age, interests, profile photos, sex, race, languages, and matching preferences.
- Location information, including device location with your permission and derived city, region, and country information for local matching and discovery features.
- User content and activity, including matches, conversations, messages, friend relationships, groups, events, blocks, reports, feedback, and images submitted through feedback or profile tools.
- Notification and subscription information, including push tokens, notification preferences, app-store purchase events, subscription status, product identifiers, and receipt validation data.
- Device, network, and diagnostic information, such as IP address, user agent, app version, device details submitted with feedback, security events, rate-limit events, and service logs.
How we use information
- Provide authentication, profiles, matching, chat, groups, events, and support.
- Personalize the product experience and improve matching quality.
- Send verification codes, service emails, push notifications, and support replies.
- Process subscriptions, purchases, entitlements, and account status.
- Protect users, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, and enforce our policies.
- Debug issues, monitor reliability, and maintain the security of the service.
How information is shared
Other users may see information that is part of your visible profile or content you choose to share through matching, conversations, groups, events, and related features. We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Vibrelio, including cloud hosting, database, cache, storage, email, SMS verification, push notification, subscription management, payment, customer-support, safety, and operational infrastructure providers. If AI-assisted recommendations are enabled, relevant profile, interest, location, or conversation context may be processed by an AI service provider to generate product suggestions.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users or the public, to investigate abuse or security incidents, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Location
Vibrelio may request location permission to support nearby discovery and local matching. We may store coordinates and city-level location information. Other users are not shown your precise coordinates by default, but nearby and city-based features may reveal general location context.
Photos and media
Vibrelio may let you upload profile photos or feedback images from your device or camera. Uploaded images may be processed, stored, and delivered through our storage and content delivery providers.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and maintain security. You can delete your account in the app where available or contact support. Some information may be retained for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, backup, audit, or technical reasons.
Your choices
You can update profile information and preferences in the app, control device permissions through your operating system, manage notification preferences, and contact us about privacy requests.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
