Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Vibrelio, including the Vibrelio mobile app, website, and related services. By using Vibrelio, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Vibrelio. You may not use Vibrelio if you are barred from doing so under applicable law or if we have previously removed or suspended your account.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login methods secure. You must provide accurate information and keep your account information reasonably up to date.
Acceptable use
You may not use Vibrelio to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, spam, defraud, stalk, intimidate, or harm other people. You may not submit unlawful, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise unsafe content.
User content
You are responsible for the profile information, messages, images, event details, group content, feedback, and other content you submit. You grant Vibrelio a license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Matching, conversations, groups, and events
Vibrelio may provide match proposals, conversations, groups, event features, and recommendations. These features are provided on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee compatibility, availability, safety, attendance, or any particular outcome.
In-person interactions
You are responsible for your decisions when communicating with others or meeting in person. Use good judgment, follow applicable laws, and choose public, appropriate settings for initial meetings.
Safety and moderation
We may review reports, investigate activity, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we believe it is appropriate for safety, security, legal compliance, or policy enforcement.
Subscriptions and payments
Vibrelio may offer paid features or subscriptions. Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to the applicable platform terms, billing rules, cancellation flows, and refund policies. Prices, features, and availability may change over time.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using Vibrelio, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Service availability
Vibrelio is provided on a best-effort basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibrelio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibrelio LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Vibrelio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Vibrelio or other users, or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Vibrelio after an update means the updated Terms apply.
